Need Shelter

Family Services of Metro Orlando is dedicated to helping families in crisis. We work to provide resources and support designed to prevent having to place children in foster care. If you and your children need a temporary place to live, here is a list of Central Florida shelters. All shelters listed here provide a variety of services to allow a return to self-sufficiency.

Family Services assists nearly 10,000 children and their families each year through this network of community providers. Please dial 2-1-1 or visit The Heart of Florida United Way 2-1-1 Helpline at for additional contacts and assistance.
