Gregory Kurth, M.A., Executive Director
Gregory Kurth led the start-up and transition of services to Family Services of Metro
Orlando (FSMO) in 2003. Previously, Kurth was the senior vice president of Family
Services of Central Florida where he oversaw the privatization of adoption and
in-home protective services in five central Florida counties. Kurth holds a
bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Arts from
the University of Chicago. |

Sharon Graham, M.S.W., Senior Director of Permanency and Operations
Sharon Graham has more than 20 years experience in family services in both front-line and
management capacities. At FSMO, Graham works to ensure that all services are provided in
accordance with laws, regulations, contract requirements, quality standards and internal
policies. She holds a Master of Social Work from Florida State University and a Bachelor
of Science in social welfare from the University of Alabama. |

Beth Lewis, R.N., Chief Operating Officer
Beth Lewis oversees the daily operations of FSMO and is responsible for the design,
operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver FSMO's services to
children in need. She has more than 17 years experience in psychiatric nursing and
managed behavior health care. Lewis holds a bachelor's degree in education from Indiana
University and an associate degree in nursing from Purdue University. |

Bart Mawoussi, M.A., Senior Director of Community Development
Bart Mawoussi is responsible for developing, monitoring and adjusting FSMO's multifaceted
programs and services in order to balance business needs, client needs and market
competitiveness. He also monitors FSMO's independent living program and manages all
information technology issues. Mawoussi holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from
Syracuse University and a master's degree in child development from Tufts University. |

Karen Norton, M.S.W., Senior Director of Quality
Karen Norton oversees contract management and performance for FSMO and is responsible for
quality management for the organization's entire system of care. She has extensive
experience in all program areas of child welfare, including front-line and administrative
experience. Norton holds a bachelor's degree in social work from the University of
Central Florida and a Master of Social Work from Florida State University. |

Wendy Wolfswinkel, C.P.A., B.S., Chief Financial Officer
Wendy Wolfswinkel brings more than 20 years of accounting experience to FSMO, with more
than 13 years in the nonprofit arena. She is responsible for overseeing the operations
of FSMO's financial and human resources functions, including accounting, budgeting,
fiscal management, auditing, purchasing, long-range forecasting and insurance activities.
Wolfswinkel holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Colorado at
Colorado Springs. |
